A Saudi-led coalition has blocked missiles launched by the Houthis at targets in Riyadh and Khamis Mushait. However, there have been some injuries caused by the falling debris from a Houthi missile at a Riyadh kindergarten and clinic, despite claims by the Houthis of hitting the King Khalid International Airport, which led many airlines to cancel flights to Saudi Arabia's capital. In view of the Houthi attacks on Saudi airports where three civilians were killed, Qatar has expressed condemnation of the attacks on Saudi sovereignty. Fighting on the ground has become more intense in Yemen, particularly around Taiz and Hodeidah.
